Financial Analyst About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join a collaborative FP&A team within a fast-paced professional services organization. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, business intelligence, compensation analytics, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute recurring financial and operational reports Analyze productivity, utilization, workforce, and performance metrics Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes Partner with Finance, HR, and IT teams to improve reporting accuracy, automation, and data integrity Support compensation analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial reporting Assist with business intelligence and process improvement initiatives across the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience working with large datasets and financial models Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Experience in professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus Why Join?
