About the Position
Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to serve as Lead Advanced Practice Provider in an Emergency Medicine setting. This role combines clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities including APP onboarding, scheduling support, recruitment involvement, and acting as a liaison between APPs and physician leadership within a physician-led emergency medicine group.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience, strong clinical autonomy, and prior precepting or informal leadership experience. The role includes 10-hour shifts, leadership stipend, full benefits, CME support, malpractice coverage, and housing and travel assistance depending on assignment. The location offers a coastal New England community with beaches, outdoor recreation, and a seasonal tourism-driven lifestyle.
