About the Position Position Overview

One of our Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Hematology/Oncology experience for an outpatient-focused cancer care opportunity.

This position offers

$120/hour provider compensation , a Monday–Friday schedule, no call responsibilities, Epic EMR, and the opportunity to join a collaborative oncology team with access to clinical trials, advanced cancer therapies, dedicated oncology navigation, infusion services, and multidisciplinary support.

Assignment Highlights

$120/hour provider compensation

Monday–Friday schedule

No call responsibilities

Outpatient-focused oncology practice

Full-time preferred

2–3 shifts per week may be considered

Epic EMR

Average 11–16 patients per day

Broad oncology and hematology patient population

Dedicated infusion center onsite

Oncology Nurse Navigator support

Clinical trials access through MMCORC and NCI-supported research programs

Integrated oncology network throughout Minnesota

HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission-certified

HPA Healthcare is an active member of NALTO

Job Responsibilities

Manage patients with solid tumor malignancies

Manage patients with hematologic disorders

Conduct oncology follow-up visits

Evaluate treatment response and toxicity

Coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy care

Manage oncology supportive therapies

Collaborate with supervising hematologist/oncologists

Participate in multidisciplinary cancer care planning

Coordinate care with infusion nursing teams

Review laboratory and imaging results

Document care in Epic EMR

Collaborate on inpatient care when needed
