About the Position
A 50-bed, community-owned, not-for-profit hospital system is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its pediatric team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care in a supportive, team-based environment with strong physician and nursing collaboration. Open to new graduates with a pediatric background or strong pediatric interest.
Compensation is competitive with full benefits and a $20K retention bonus (2-year commitment). The community offers a low cost of living and is located less than an hour from Mobile, AL and the Gulf Coast.
