**Exciting Nursing Opportunity in M/S Tele ED Hold + Resource Float**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team at a leading healthcare facility in Plattsburgh, NY, where you can make a real impact on patient care!
- **Position:** RN for Resource Pool, Float in M/S Tele ED Hold
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year in Clinical and Specialty
- **Certifications:** AHA BLS required; CMSRN preferred; NIHSS needed prior to starting
- **Epic Experience:** Must have used Epic within the last 2 years
- **Unit Details:**
- M/S Tele with Float to R5, R6, R7
- Bed Count: R5: 24, R6: 24, R7: 25
- Nurse Patient Ratio: R5: 1:4, R6: 1:4, R7: 1:5
- Ancillary Assistance: CNA/PCT available
- Unit Clerk/Secretary support
- **Scheduling:**
- Monday to Sunday, with no block schedules
- Bi-weekly orientations every Monday
- Weekend requirement of every other weekend
- **Patient Population:**
- R5: Med Surg Oncology
- R6: Med Surg Ortho
- R7: Med Surg Urology (ALC)
- Age Range: 25-99
- **Special Equipment:**
- IV Pumps, Bladder Scanner, Respiratory support available 24/7
- **Floating:** Required to R5, R6, R7, and potential other tele units
- **Dress Code:**
- Scrubs: Navy Blue & White, solid colors in any combination
- Comfortable shoes and minimal jewelry
- Groomed hair and beard, no acrylic nail polish
- **Transportation:** Reliable personal or rental vehicle recommended
- **Public Transportation:** Not accessible in the area
