A community-focused, not-for-profit healthcare system in Terre Haute, Indiana is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a permanent, full-time role within a general operating room setting. This position offers a variety of surgical cases, a consistent 4x10 day shift schedule, Meditech charting, and long-term growth within a collaborative surgical team. Up to $10,500 sign-on bonus is available.
Position Overview
· Permanent, full-time role
· 40 hours per week
· General OR setting (variety of case types)
· Meditech electronic medical record system
Shift Details
· Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10s)
· Weekday and weekend call required
Compensation & Incentives
· Salary range: $50,377 – $75,545 annually (based on experience)
· Up to $10,500 sign-on bonus
· Shift and weekend differentials

Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
· Scrub and assist across a variety of surgical procedures
· Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments and supplies
· Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
· Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
· Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff
Requirements
· Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
· Active CST certification (required)
· BLS certification (required)
· New graduates must obtain certification within 6 months
