MercyOne is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing Pleasant Hill Family Medicine practice in Pleasant Hill, Iowa!

Job Opportunity Highlights

11 Providers (5 Physicians/6 APPs)
Outpatient lifestyle friendly call
Experienced staff who know patients well
On-site moderate complexity lab and general X-ray
EMR: EPIC
Local and Regional access to Specialists
Behavior Health Counselor available onsite

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $290,000 2-year income guarantee + production incentives
Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
CME allowance of $6,000
Moving allowance up to $15,000
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible
Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage
Retirement Options (403B match + 457B)
