Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient care and will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic conditions. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving productivity goals.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
Achieve productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
Facilitate follow-up care, including double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
0-3 years of relevant outpatient orthopedic experience preferred for Level 1; over 3 years for Level 2.
Experience managing a pediatric to geriatric patient population is a plus.
