You will work with patients in a skilled nursing facility recovering from injury or illness, supporting mobility, functional independence, and safety under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active New Jersey PTA license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Client requires candidates who can document in electronic medical records; prior EMR experience preferred.
