Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtainable prior to start.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with standard skilled nursing documentation, restorative programs, and working with geriatric populations preferred.
Ability to work a full-time schedule and complete required facility onboarding and background checks.
