Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience providing care for geriatric patients and managing common SNF diagnoses preferred.
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
