Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Ability to perform therapeutic interventions under PT supervision, including gait training, transfers, and therapeutic exercises.
Client requires 5x8 day shift coverage; candidate must be available for the scheduled days and hours.
