Job Description
Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD / I/DD). This BCBA – Adult Services role focuses on assessment, Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and the development of effective Behavior Support Plans (BSP) in residential and community-based settings.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address complex behaviors
Review and analyze behavioral data to ensure treatment effectiveness
Train and support direct service professionals and program leadership
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams supporting adult developmental disabilities
Provide supervision to RBT candidates as needed
Deliver services through a combination of in-person and remote consultation
Qualifications
BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience providing ABA services to adults
Experience supporting adult developmental disabilities and IDD / I/DD
Strong background in BSP, FBA, and PBS implementation
Skills & Abilities
Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for adult populations
Person-centered approach to Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
