The ideal candidate for this MSc or PhD Graduate – Optical/Photonics role will possess an MSc or PhD in Optical, Optics, Lasers, or Photonics or related subject. A strong foundation in these areas is essential, as is a keen analytical mind and a problem-solving attitude. Experience in building and manipulating laser set-ups will be highly advantageous, but full training will be given to the right candidate. Having a meticulous approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues would also be very useful.

This MSc or PhD Graduate – Optical/Photonics position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and collaborative problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations and Production teams, contributing to the development and refinement of innovative laser and photonic products.
