VP- C5ISR Portfolio Leadership to join our team to oversee and grow our C5ISR portfolio, valued at $35M+ in current and future programs. The ideal candidate will be located in the Aberdeen Maryland area. What You'll Be Doing: - Portfolio Leadership: Manage a $35M+ portfolio of C5ISR programs, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction across multiple contracts in a dynamic funding and customer environment.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of 50+ technical employees, fostering career growth and cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strategic Growth: Partner closely with the business development team to shape the pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive year-over-year growth for the portfolio.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- On-Site Leadership: Maintain a significant presence at our Aberdeen, MD location, serving as a visible and accessible leader for both employees and customers.
What You'll Bring: - 15+ years proven experience managing large portfolios in the C5ISR defense or intelligence sectors, with a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Expertise with US Army and/or DIA programs, capabilities, and operational knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Deep understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycles, contracting mechanisms, and mission sponsor communities
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to align portfolio growth with organizational goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, employees, and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering solutions that support national security objectives.
- US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required to start: Top Secret Clearance preferred.

Salary Range: $186,800.00 - $357,100.00
This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
