Compensation
- Pay Range: $115.00 - $125.00 per hour
Qualifications – Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) clinical experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide a two-week notice if needed
Responsibilities – RN Nurse Manager, Labor & Delivery
- Lead the L&D/perinatal unit with 24/7 responsibility for clinical care and staff management
- Oversee daily workflow, nurse staffing, scheduling, and budget planning
- Mentor and supervise registered nurses to ensure high standards of patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols for quality and safety
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and change management in healthcare
- Foster a collaborative, patient- and family-centered care environment
- Provide expert guidance on complex clinical cases and support service recovery
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Manage cost center budgets, inventory, and staff performance
