Activity-Based Bonus Components:

Cent per mile rate: $0.71 - $0.73
Detention pay: $15 per hour
Shuttle work: $40-$75 per trailer
Breakdown: $15 per hour
Standby pay: $100-$200 per day
Safety training: $20 per hour
New hire training period: $20 per hour until 40 hours worked. $30 per hour for overtime
Holiday pay per day: $200
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $77,532
Weekly home time
Onsite management
Paid online orientation
