Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:$26.55 per hour

Shift:1st Shift:5:54AM – 2:18PM

We are looking for anIron Foundry Operator – Pep set to join our Cast Iron division.We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions.This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Primary position will be working Pep-set, you will manually pack sand into mold and properly process molds. Cast iron into molds and remove parts from molds when cooled.

Use of hoists and hand tools will be required.

Set-up and clean up area including the mixer at end of each shift.

Need to be PIV certified and LOTO certified.

Learn core machines and setting cores on the HWS molding line.

Skills/Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.

Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
