Summary
CHS Primeland in Walla Walla, WA is looking for a Hazmat Truck Driver to join the team! This individual would be responsible for hauling refined fuels and lubricants to our local farmers and ranchers. This is a M-F position with weekends as needed during our busy season. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsments. Come join our team today!
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and on time deliveries to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. To include but not limited to pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement and hours of service.
- Assist in the agronomy location when not delivering product.
- Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
- Assist warehouse staff and perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsement.
- Intercompany driving
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
Additional Qualifications
- Must meet DOT and Company requirements
- Bulk liquid experience preferred

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
