12-hour rotating shifts: 7 am - 7 pm days and 7 pm - 7 am nights
16 patients per provider during day shifts
Night coverage shared between intensivist and APP
Two separate ICU units with dedicated daytime intensivists
Full spectrum of critical care procedures required
Cardiovascular and multi-organ dysfunction management
Ventilator management and intubation skills needed
Central line and arterial line placement required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
