About the Facility

A facility in Bronx, NY is looking for a general cardiologist to assist with FT support starting as soon as credentialed. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold an active NYS license to apply.

About the Clinician's Workday

The hospital schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one week per month of call in the CCU, consisting of a six-day call week from Wednesday 7 a.m. to Monday 7 a.m. Rounding and consults are required, with 10-25 consults per day. Required procedures and cases include performing TEEs one day per week (4-5 TEEs), interpreting 20-30 echos per day, and reading EKGs.
