About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Urology MD in Peoria, Illinois, 61637!

Flexible Weekend Pediatric Urology Coverage in Illinois

Weekend Pediatric Urology coverage in Illinois; located in Peoria with travel and lodging included.

Highlights

Weekends only; ideal for supplemental income
Ongoing need; dates still open into next quarter
Serve an underserved patient population
Full malpractice (with tail) and travel/lodging covered

Practice Setting

Inpatient hospital setting with full support staff
Collaboration with Pediatric Surgery as needed
Low call volume; approx. 1 call per night

Schedule

Friday through Sunday (occasionally extending through Monday morning)
Approx. 9 days/month
In-house call with 15-minute response time
Optional weekday clinic coverage to support PTO

Cases and Procedures

General inpatient pediatric urology
Clinic sees 18-22 patients per day
Case log submission required during credentialing

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Illinois license required
ACLS and BLS required

Travel Accommodations

Travel, lodging, and malpractice included
Located in Peoria; easily accessible by regional airports
