Primary Care Physician Oklahoma City Area | $35,000 Signing Bonus

An established, hospital-employed multi-specialty group just outside Oklahoma City is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join its experienced primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a ready-made practice, taking over a full patient panel from a retiring physician. This outpatient-only position offers a true work-life balance, with a 4.5-day workweek, no late nights, weekends, or holidays, and phone-only call. Whether you're a seasoned provider or a recent graduate, you'll find a supportive environment with strong mentorship and collaboration among a team of more than 25 physicians.

In addition to a competitive base salary and wRVU production model, the compensation package includes a $35,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and stipends for new grads.
