Independent Hospital in Kentucky seeking ENT: $550,000-$600,000 base + Production

A Kentucky independent hospital has one of, if not THE BEST, surgical departments in the state and is actively recruiting an ENT to join a busy department due to a physician slowing down and nearing retirement. This is an exciting opportunity to join hospital staff in a very busy established practice and join experienced colleagues. If you are not interested in the manufacturing plant of modern healthcare and want to be part of an organization that truly puts the patient first and is more like family than work colleagues, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU! The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Otolaryngology MD/DO with an active Kentucky license. New graduates and visas are encouraged to apply!

- Join 3 ENTs + Head & Neck Surgeon

- Stryker integrated rooms

- Procedure rooms

- Blocked OR with ample time

- Salary + wRVU

- Signing Bonus
