ICU RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
- Flu vaccine required
- Ability to pass background checks and healthcare screenings (MMR, TB, Fit Test, etc.)
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability in acute care and critical care environments
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress in acute care settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes
- Participate in day/night and weekend shift rotations as scheduled
