Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide solo coverage in the Emergency Room for 12-hour night shifts
- Deliver care in an open ICU environment
- Respond to a wide range of emergency cases, including adult and pediatric patients
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and hospital protocols
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active license to practice medicine in North Carolina required
- NC Medicaid credentialing and PECOS enrollment required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) certifications required
