ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Maintain 1:2 patient ratio
• Float to alike units within skillset and to other locations within 40-mile radius including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River
• Subject to low census and on-call status with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required
• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
• Experience with occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)
• EPIC charting system used (no prior experience required)
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Associate degree or certificate required
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
• Clinical interview required

This healthcare facility operates a critical care unit providing intensive care services to patients in a critical access hospital setting. The facility serves both adult and occasional pediatric surgical patients, maintaining high standards of care with modern equipment and EPIC charting systems. The organization emphasizes rural healthcare delivery and maintains multiple locations within the region to serve the community's healthcare needs.
