Description
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Providence Behavioral Health Network, the Senior Clinical Manager for Nursing Services is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and management pertaining to Nursing staffing, Nursing staff competency, Nursing evidence-based program implementation, and patient mental health safety.

We are hiring for a Senior Manager Behavioral Health RN position at Providence Behavioral Health in Anchorage, AK!
Position is Full-time, 1 FTE, Day shifts, 40 hours per week.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or Management, Behavioral Health Equivalent or equivalent educ/experience
- Bachelor's Degree - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 10 or more years working in Behavioral Health Setting.
- 4 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
