- Shift: 12-hour shifts, Sunday through Saturday; weekend and holiday availability required
- Employment Type: Local Contract (On-Site)

- Pay Rate: $83.70/hr
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown nursing
- Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state (NJ nursing license)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Stroke CEUs, and completion of PCU or Critical Care course
- Willingness to float between units as needed for clinical support
- Full 7-day orientation attendance required (no exceptions)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, talking, hearing, and vision required
- Maximum of 3 days requested time off (RTO) permitted
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to observation and inpatient status patients in the ED or inpatient units
- Float among various hospital units as needed to support patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EHR system
- Participate in ongoing education and required orientation sessions
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and clinical procedures
