- Unit: 30-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/28/2025 – End: 3/28/2026)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing
- Current Telemetry certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)
- Completion of required nursing skills checklist and competency exams
- Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with hospital policies
