LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty: OR - Operating Room
Discipline: RN
Start Date: 01/12/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

Experience Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2 years of OR RN experience
Specialty Experience: Strong orthopedic (ortho) experience required
Prior Travel Experience: Preferred
Degree Requirement:
- Degree accreditation must be listed on profile, OR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required in lieu of degree accreditation

Licensure & Certifications

Active Florida or Compact RN License (must be active at time of submittal and visible in Nursys)
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required

Scheduling & Work Requirements

Shift: 12-hour Day shifts
Scheduled Days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
On-Call: Required
Floating: May be required to other ORs at sister campuses; flexibility is required

Facility & Systems

EMR: Epic
