Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing job
- Current immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza
- Physical/Health Statement and Fit Test
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exam completion
- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting as required
RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
