📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele Float)
📌 Facility Location: Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
⏰ Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

Unit Details:

Telemetry Float
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
Local Rule: Must live 50 miles from facility

Call-Off Policy:

Maximum of 3 call-offs per contract (Float policy)

Required Qualifications:

NY RN License (must be in hand)
BLS & ACLS
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of current Telemetry experience
Ability to read cardiac rhythms
Must pass hospital-proctored rhythm exam
- 80% accuracy in rhythm identification
- 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
Epic charting experience
Flu vaccine or approved exemption

Preferred Experience:

Critical drip experience
CVA (stroke) experience
