This position is paid on an activity-based pay plan that encourages efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Job Details:
- $0.60 - $0.64 cents per mile
- Stop time: $5-$20 paid in 15-minute increments
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay per load: $25
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
- Holiday pay: $140 per day
- Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of $72,000
