Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in L&D, postpartum, or obstetrics preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.
- BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery.
- Assist with labor support, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications, interventions, and postpartum assessments.
- Educate mothers and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery.
- Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.
