Requirements:

Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in CVOR, vascular, or perioperative nursing, with leadership/management experience preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
BLS required; CNOR or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the CVOR/vascular unit.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Ensure adherence to policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
