Requirements:

Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in ICU, step-down, or critical care nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
BLS and ACLS required; specialty critical care certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in status.
Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
Document care accurately and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
