Requirements:

Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and crisis management skills.
BLS required; psychiatric certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient mental health status regularly.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
Support therapeutic activities and provide patient and family education.
Document patient care and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff across units.
