Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Surgical and/or ICU experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
BLS required; ACLS preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
Prior experience in EICU, step-down, or critical care units.
ICU or critical care certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
Provide care for patients with medical, post-operative, and critical conditions.
Respond promptly to patient deterioration and emergency situations.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care plans.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
