Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in employee health, occupational health, or case management preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee health screenings, immunizations, and vaccinations.
- Monitor employee health status and report concerns to the healthcare team.
- Support case management activities, including tracking work-related injuries and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness programs.
