13 Weeks (Contract Assignment)

Shift

Night Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients across CVPICU, NICU, and PICU units
Float within scope of practice to meet staffing needs across all pediatric critical care units
Continuously monitor patient status, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications, therapies, and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, high-quality, family-centered care

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU nursing experience
Ability to float to multiple pediatric critical care units
Active South Carolina RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN license

Current Certifications

BLS (American Heart Association)
PALS (American Heart Association only)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ECMO
Experience with CRRT
Prior pediatric critical care float experience

Distance Requirement

Local radius: 60 miles
Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis at a 10% reduced bill rate
