- Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2250 - $2370
PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of recent PACU or acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation
PACU RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery in an acute care setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient transitions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and uphold patient safety standards
