RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week (must be specified on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio of 4:1 routinely (may vary during surge situations)
• 68-bed emergency department in busy urban trauma center
• Handle 200+ patients per day with high acuity experience preferred
• Work with trauma, pediatric, stroke, and burn patients
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), TNCC, NIHSS
• Must have 1 year Emergency Department experience in Level 1 trauma facility OR 2 years in Level 2 trauma facility
• Current Missouri RN license or eligibility for Missouri licensure required
• Dress code: Black scrubs required
• Block schedule and holiday RTO cannot be accommodated
• RTO must be made up on back end, no RTO approved in first week
• Only 1 holiday RTO request allowed per assignment
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift
• Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
