RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Day shift with on-call rotation covering weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Call frequency: 1-2 nights during the week and 1 weekend per month
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience required
• Cardiovascular intervention experience required
• Current Wisconsin or Compact RN licensure required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certification
• Must successfully pass EKG test
• Utilize nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Perform patient assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and policies
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with established standards
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physician
• Provide patient and family education at appropriate level of understanding
• Participate in department performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and manage complex situations
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning opportunities
