ICU Travel Nurse Job Details

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility
- At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies
