Travel Nursing Job Details
- Location: Bemidji, Minnesota (56601) – Minnesota nursing jobs
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: December 8, 2025
- End Date: March 9, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour Day/Night Rotating shifts (includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing – L&D RN jobs
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2240-$2400/week
Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN license (required for Minnesota healthcare jobs)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery, OB, Postpartum, and Pediatrics experience
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- EPIC EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience considered
- Willingness to float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as needed
- Ability to work in Labor, Postpartum, Nursery, and Pediatrics
- At least 1 year of RN experience required
L&D RN Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for postpartum, antepartum, pediatric, newborn, GYN, and Med-Surg overflow patients
- Serve as 2nd RN in Special Care Nursery (SCN) when needed
- Operate unit equipment: EPIC One Chart, Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, Medfusion Pumps
- Collaborate with healthcare support staff: ward clerks, CNAs, Charge Nurses, Resource Nurses, LPN Scrub Nurses
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surg, 1:3-4 pediatrics
- Participate in equipment and unit orientation on your first day
- Follow facility protocols, including badging in/out and wearing navy blue scrubs
