Join the fun and successful team at Sport Clips Haircuts in San Clemente! We're looking for passionate and talented barbers, cosmetologists, and a salon manager to join us.

As a hair stylist or barber at our San Clemente location, you'll have the opportunity to work with great clients and be part of a dynamic and fun team. With average hourly earnings over $30/hour (including tips and bonus pay), you'll be well-compensated for your work. And, with ongoing in-person training from top industry coaches, you'll have the chance to stay up-to-date on the latest haircut trends.

With easy driving distance to our training center in Irvine, where you'll be paid to attend class, and instant clientele to start cutting hair right away, you'll have the support you need to succeed. Our team is focused on success and having fun, and we're looking for a few more strong stylists/barbers to round out our team.

What to expect:

Guaranteed hourly base pay ranging from $17 to $23, plus daily cash tips (stylists average over $30/hr with tips)

Requirements:

A valid California cosmetology license is required

Cutting experience in a salon is preferred, but not required. If you're fresh out of beauty school or new to men's haircuts, we'll train you!

The ability to provide an exceptional client experience

A passion for the hair industry

For the salon manager position, a valid California cosmetology license is required.
