Position Details
Job Title: Direct Support Professional I & II
Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr.
Shifts: Full -Time AM Shifts 6AM to 2PM (Friday – Monday)
Location: La Puente, CA 91744
Work Setting: One Location (Not Remote)

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional II, you will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, supporting independence, health, and personal growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dietary, and dressing needs
Supporting clients with bathroom needs
Changing clothing/undergarments when necessary
Preparing meals and completing cleanup
Following daily routines outlined in the Individual Program Plan (IPP)
Redirecting behaviors through activities like walking, reading, games, math, and computer tasks
Providing safe transportation in company vans when required
Every day, you’ll help create a supportive, structured, and empowering environment for the individuals you serve.
