- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts/week (36 hours/week)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570-$1680

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state
- BLS Certification (required before first shift)
- ACLS Certification (required before first shift)
- Minimum 2 years of recent bedside clinical experience in a Med/Surg or PCU setting
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record
- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and discharge planning
- Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team to ensure continuity and safety
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and new staff
- Maintain a safe environment by following hospital safety protocols and procedures
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in unit-based team building activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
