Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN First Assist to support our high-volume Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have strong General and Orthopedic OR experience, with a team-focused and adaptable approach
.
Certifications:
- Required: BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
- Preferred: RNFA certification, CNOR, Neuro OR experience
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RNFA/CNOR experience in General and Orthopedic OR cases
Preferred Skills
- Certification in First Assisting
- Experience in Neuro OR procedures
- Strong background in General and Orthopedic surgery
Unit & Facility Details
Operating Rooms: 21
Cases per Day: ~60
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, some Pediatrics
Equipment: Standard OR equipment, 2 Da Vinci XI robots, 1 ROSA robot, 3 Stealth navigation systems (Neuro/ENT)
EMR: EPIC and Tecsys
